Member of the Artists Equity, The Boston Printmakers, the International Society of Wood Cutters and Wood Engravers, and the Los Angeles Print Society. Executed murals in the National Museum, Gettysburg, Penn.; the city halls of Narvik, Norway, and Kiruna, Sweden; the New East Side Elementary School, Gouverneur, N.Y.; and Nordlandsbanken Leknes, Lofoten, Norway. Recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship, and was awarded the Dr. Janusz Korczak International Memorial Medal in Warsaw, Poland. His prints were awarded the Purchase Prize Award in the 2nd Triennial International Exhibition of Contemporary Xylography, Carpi, Italy. |
